This project is located on a dramatic 20-acre property overlooking the Hood River Valley with views to Mt. Adams and Mt. Hood.  One enters the site through a large courtyard area, with peaks at Mt. Hood and the valley view through the building, which leads to the main living area.  This area is centrally located and is anchored by a large corner fireplace with moving walls on either side that allow complete opening of the space and provide sweeping views of the Hood River Valley and Mt. Hood.  A wing heading north leads to guest suites, the spa/gymnasium and patio beyond.  The corridor runs along the adjacent courtyard and has a long sight-line towards Mt. Adams.  Heading west from the main living area, one passes a breezeway with generous framed views of Mt. Hood and the courtyard to the north.  The master suite is located upstairs in the western wing and has expansive Mt. Hood views to the south.
